My morning coffee...

I go to Starbucks near the office when I don't get it at home (Starbucks there too...) or some local coffee shop. This place has a good drip, but since their new xmas campaign things havn't gone so well in that department.

Starbucks in the morning offers usually the "breakfast" blend and some other blend. I always pick the other since it's usually something in the bold variety. The breakfast blend, I had once, is basically sock juice for us Americans that grew up on Folgers. It's insipid and tasteless. Now that the XMas season is on us, Starbucks is offering their Christmas Blend. Which is the same insipid crap as the Breakfast blend. I basically have to wait till "breakfast" time is over before getting decent coffee.

Generally Starbucks have one bold and one "soft" drip coffee. That's because a lot of people don't like bold coffee (even though they might say they do). I just wish they'd pair the Chrismas blend with some other coffee than the breakfast blend.
