Top Chef

Tonight is the season finale. Casey Thompson from last season is assisting Carla. Leigh & I agreed that we got into the show because of Casey. She (like Carla) was a come from behind underdog. 

Casey had that natural seeming talent. Carla seems to be a natural also. It's going to sound stereotypical but it seems like the boys systemize where as the girls synthesize. hmm..

Still, I wish we could taste the food. 

UPDATE: It looks like Casey wasn't the boon for Carla we initially thought. Really beef sous-vide? That must not taste very good. I feel really bad for Carla - I think she probably would have had the better restaurant.
